What is BigBrain?
BigBrain is an agent-first personal knowledge management system. It's an auto-organizing personal library you can drop anything (web pages, emails, meetings, code, notes, papers, books) into. It can pull from everything: Granola, email, Slack - whatever you use! It can pilot any agent from any provider you subscribe to.
It also ships with a cool, keyboard-friendly exploration UI + an agent launching interface - good for people who run lots of agents at the same time on different projects.
Vaults are always local. You can bring your own subscription or your own private model. And it's all completely free and open source.
Does BigBrain connect to [thing]?
It can. We ship with a few integrations, and you can very easily write your own.
Doesn't [OpenAI/Anthropic/etc] have memory?
Yeah, for that provider (and usually only in the chat interface; rarely for coding agents). BigBrain works for any model, including agents, and always will.
Also, those memory features are not rich context. You have no idea what you're missing out on.
